#miniDT the Lakeland Miniature

The job of a visual narrator can be a difficult and daunting task. The idea of being able to tell a story with out words would drive a normal person insane. But when done properly the results can not only be astonishing and breathtaking but proactive in portraying the story.
Kanga is proud to present #miniDT a downtown Lakeland video. The Downtown Lakeland Partnership approached Kanga with the need. They wanted to tell a story. A story about the downtown that has never been told before. One that would portray the downtown as the growing and active establishment that it is. A story about success and development. A story about love, life and family. The hitch, we only had a week and a half. So in the heat of the moment I scrambled off to film and collect recent footage from the downtown area. The result, a mixture of time lapses, aerial shots and event footage that in the end resulted in a well received marketing piece. Enjoy my take on the downtown area of Lakeland, FL. -Kanga
